My Concept for a New Type of Engine, To Be Used on a Spacecraft

Standard

This is a work of fiction. Names, characters, businesses, places, events and incidents are either the products of the author’s imagination or used in a fictitious manner. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental

This concept, which I call “Vimana,” involves using mercury spinning at enormous velocities within a fusion coil to generate an extraordinarily strong power source. Such an engine, if integrated into a vehicle, would allow said vehicle to reach speeds of nearly 25,000 miles per hour within an atmosphere, fly into space freely and effortlessly, maneuver on a dime, and take off and land vertically. Granted, there are various engineering challenges to manufacturing a vehicle that could perform to the engine’s capabilities that have yet to be addressed, but those would come with time. I am hoping that by placing this on a registered domain, mine, someone will eventually see it and think that there is some value to it. I mean, the Third Reich experimented with this technology back in the 1940s, if they could do it then, we can certainly do it now.
