I guess if your looking to completely discredit Creation then this is your guy! Ray Kurzweil has no notion that a soul lives in a corporeal body and believes that we will all be able to download our consciousness into synthetic bodies once our natural form wears out. If this actually happens and the transference produces an exact duplicate complete with consciousness, then ALL christian bets are off the table! One of the biggest reasons that so many people are against human cloning is because the moment a clone wakes up and shows distinct personality then the notions put forth in the bible go completely down in flames!

Folks, it’s just a matter of time now and all religious notions of a god embuing man with a soul will be swept into the dust bin of history! The religious, of course, will rush to find an explanation that covers this thus changing what their bible says for the millionth time since it was written. All religions requiring the notion of a soul will lose countless followers, but a few million lemmings with pliable minds will remain. In the face of scientific discovery there are always people lined up in a trailer park somewhere yelling, ‘Fuck yer Gawddammed science, it don’t ixplane everthin.’ Then it’s off to church in the beat up minivan!

The only thing that I wish is that as Mr. Kurzweil comes closer to his Singularity, he will hire bodyguards to protect him from the religious idiots that will undoubtedly try to kill him. These insecure idiots KNOW that the download will be successful and that is what they fear most!

DO ALL THE MISTAKES, ERRORS, CONTRADICTIONS, ETC. PROVE 110% OR JUST 100% THAT SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MUHAMMAD, THE QURAN, ISLAM – AND PERHAPS ALLAH?

(PART II, CHAPTERS 1 – 10 included subchapters = MEGA MISTAKES, MISTAKES, ERRORS, CONTRADICTIONS, INVALID LOGIC, ABROGATIONS, ETC. IN THE QURAN – THE HOLY BOOK OF MUHAMMAD, MUSLIMS, ISLAM, AND ALLAH. AT LEAST 100% PROOF FOR THAT SOMETHING IS WRONG – NO OMNISCIENT GOD MAKES MISTAKES)

One thing is sure: An omniscient god does not make mistakes. Another thing that is sure, is that an omniscien god does not contradict himself or make other contradictions. Yet another thing that is sure is that an omniscient god does not have to try and fail – he knows from the very beginning what is best. The same goes for changing his mind now and then – an omniscient god knows from the very start what he wants and likes and best solutions and what rules and laws will work best.

ot to mention that a good and benevolent god does not condemn people to Hell already before they are born and without a chance to save themselves, like the Quran tells. Neither does he preach injustice like stealing/robbing, suppressing, rape, killing etc. of somebody’s fellow humans. Also any good and benevolent god has a moral codex roughly like this: “Do against others like you want others to do against you”.

All the same the Quran is unbelievably full of mistaken facts and other mistakes – see seperate chapters. This is a direct contradiction to what Muhammad, the Quran, Muslims, and Islam claim (as usual without any documentation). Even worse: This mistaken claim of perfection they try to use as a proof for that the book is made by a god. What then does all the mistakes in reality prove? Of course that the Quran is not made by a god – which is the reason why Muslims and Islam cannot accept one singel mistake in the book, no matter how “far out” many of their “explanarions” are; if there is even one mistake, something is wrong with the religion. (And all the same: Muslim scholars admit that a few of the verses must be wrong – see separate chapter).

An extra tit-bit is that many of the mistakes and some of the other ideas, are in accordance with wrong science one believed in in the area at the time of Muhammad. No omniscient and ethernal god has to follow wrong science from a primitive time and a primitive people on a small part of Earth – a small planet in an obscure corner of a medium galaxy drifting somewhere in the Universe among some billions of others. Something is definitely wrong also here.

Also the Quran is full of contradictions – see separate chapters. There are some hundreds of internal contradictions – the Quran contradicting itself. There are LOTS of contradictions to reality and facts. And there are lots of contradictions to the Bible. One may poh-poh differences compared to the Bible, as that one represents other religions, but it is more serious than many think. This because the Quran and Islam tell that rib biblical prophets jusl were fottunners for Muhammad, and no god would tell his long successions of prophets different stories about the same things and facts. This is obvious from the Bible – read the different prophets, and you will find clear lines. And then there suddenly is Muhammad – sticking out like a tooth-ace in a sore thumb, because of all the broken lines and differences and mistakes compared to the older prophets’ messages. And remember: According to Muslims the claimed lack of contradictions is a proof for that the Quran comes from the omniscient god Allah. The fact that there all the same are many contradictions, concequently proves that the book does not come from such a god.

Also an omniscient god has so much knowledge that he does not have to change his mind every now and then when he gets more information or new impulses – not to mention that he is so full of knowledge, that he does not have to try and fail and learn what is best that way. Another 100% for that something is wrong with Muhammad, the Quran, and not least with Islam.

Further the undocumented claims that Allah is good and benevolent, very clearly are wrong – just read about sharia – Islamic law – and its excesses, about jihad and its many inhuman and immoral rules, about suppression of all non-Muslim, about stealing and robbing and raping being “good and lawful” and that you should not practice “coitus interuptus” when you rape prisoners, because it is for Allah to decide if there is to be a child afterwards (do you protest? – read the Quran and you will find this there), not to mention all the apartheid, hatemongering, and warmongering. And the making of people (and jinns) for Hell, not to mention the lack of real moral, comes on top of this. The Quran is not from any good and benevolent god. As for moral, the only moral codex Muslims and Islam and the Quran have, is: “What did Muhammad say or do in or about such cases” – and Muhammad was an overall very immoral man with an at many points sick moral.

EACH OF THESE POINTS PROVE 100% THAT SOMETHING IS SERIOUSLY WRONG – AND PUT TOGETHER 110% PROOF MUST BE QUITE AN UNDERSTATEMENT.

And then we have not even mentioned the 4 or 5 Mega Mistakes (5 if you do not count the contradictions together with all the other mistakes, 4 if you do). See separate chapter.

1. Read first the 2 small chapters “Some Essentials for how the Quran is to be read and understood” (VII-10-1) and “The Quran is to be understood literally if nothing else is indicated” (VII-10-2).

4. Comment 141 (to verse 6/149) in “The Message of the Quran” (see point 5) explains (translated from Swedish) about Allah’s claimed omniscience vs. man’s claimed free will:

“With other words: The real connection between Allah’s knowledge about the future (and consequently about the unavoidable in what is to happen in the future*) on one side and man’s relatively (!!*) free will on the other – two statements that seems to contradict each other – lies outside what is possible for humans to understand, but as both statement are made from Allah (in the Quran*) both must be true”. Unbelievable. Blind belief is the only correct and intelligent way of life, even in the face of the utterly impossible!!

5. And an afterthought: In the book “The Message of the Quran”, certified by Al-Azhar Al-Sharif Islamic Research Academy in Cairo (one of the 2-3 top universities in the Muslim world on such subjects) in a letter dated 27. Dec. 1998, it is admitted rather reluctantly that there are no proofs for Allah, and that it is not possible to prove him. An additonal point here is that if there is no proof for Allah and impossible to prove him, automatically there also is no proof for, and impossible to prove Muhammad’s claimed connection to a god. And if there is no Allah and/or no connection between Muhammad and a god, what then is Islam?

6. Further: All the mistakes, contradictions, etc. in that book prove 100% that the Quran is not made by an omniscient god – no god makes such and so many mistakes, etc. If then Islam is a made up religion, what then about all the Muslims who have been prohibitted from looking for a real religion (if such one exists)? And where will they in case wake up after living and practising such an inhuman war religion like Islam is according to the Quran (and to Hadiths), if there is a second life somewhere? – Hell or Paradise?

7. NB and PS: No matter how sure you are about something, if it is not proved, it is not knowledge, only belief or strong belief, and can be wrong. Only what is proved or possible to prove is knowledge.

People are strange…….

‘Dawkins, Hitchens and Harris Islamophobic,’ says Salon Magazine?! These men are RELIGIOPHOBIC due to the infectious idiocy of blind faith! I, as an anti-theist, agree with them fully and DON”T CARE what the ‘New SS’ says about my opinions; the New SS being the complete Left Wing nut jobs that patrol the PC universe. Let me remind my readers that I am a completely independent thinking middle of the road politico. I subscribe to common sense and reason over knee-jerk Left or Right reactionary bullshit. I weigh the issues and think before I draw a conclusion. Example: Obama is same old politics as usual. George W. was an idiot legacy child of a political dynasty, there!  Obama is just a crooked Chicago lawyer, is that too hard to fathom in politics?

Now back to the subject. Hitchens said in his book, ‘god id NOT great’ that religion poisons everything, and he was right. Dennett, Dawkins and Harris continue the ‘Four Horsemen’ fight against religious oppression by attacking the idiocy put forth by the religions in particular! They are simply pointing out what is obvious on today’s religious fronts. Right now Islam is responsible for many of the world’s ills. All religion poisons, it’s just that Islam is particularly poisonous right at this juncture. Thank the above-mentioned scholars for telling the truth about these awful blind-faith diseases and getting the sizable press coverage. Thank you to Salon for just playing into the game and further publicizing the atheist agenda.

Right now you have these PC idiots trying with all of their might to legislate EVERYTHING that a human being says so that they can control free speech. These are the very same people who drive the Suby to the Whole Foods to get the green smoothie for the acupuncture session and talk about ‘Moderate Muslims,’ oblivious to the European Imams publicized remarks about just ‘sitting back and breeding out; the Infidel.

Astronomers Anticipate 100 Billion Earth-Like Planets

Apr. 3, 2013 — Researchers at The University of Auckland have proposed a new method for finding Earth-like planets and they anticipate that the number will be in the order of 100 billion.

The strategy uses a technique called gravitational microlensing, currently used by a Japan-New Zealand collaboration called MOA (Microlensing Observations in Astrophysics) at New Zealand’s Mt John Observatory. Their work will appear in the Oxford University Press journal Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society.

Lead author Dr Phil Yock from the University of Auckland’s Department of Physics explains that the work will require a combination of data from microlensing and the NASA Kepler space telescope.

“Kepler finds Earth-sized planets that are quite close to parent stars, and it estimates that there are 17 billion such planets in the Milky Way. These planets are generally hotter than Earth, although some could be of a similar temperature (and therefore habitable) if they’re orbiting a cool star called a red dwarf.”

“Our proposal is to measure the number of Earth-mass planets orbiting stars at distances typically twice the Sun-Earth distance. Our planets will therefore be cooler than the Earth. By interpolating between the Kepler and MOA results, we should get a good estimate of the number of Earth-like, habitable planets in the Galaxy. We anticipate a number in the order of 100 billion.”

“Of course, it will be a long way from measuring this number to actually finding inhabited planets, but it will be a step along the way.”

The first planet orbiting a Sun-like star was not found until 1995, despite strenuous efforts by astronomers. Dr Yock explains that this reflects the difficulty of detecting from a distance a tiny non-luminous object like Earth orbiting a bright object like the Sun. The planet is lost in the glare of the star, so indirect methods of detection must be used.

Whereas Kepler measures the loss of light from a star when a planet orbits between us and the star, microlensing measures the deflection of light from a distant star that passes through a planetary system en route to Earth — an effect predicted by Einstein in 1936.

In recent years, microlensing has been used to detect several planets as large as Neptune and Jupiter. Dr Yock and colleagues have proposed a new microlensing strategy for detecting the tiny deflection caused by an Earth-sized planet. Simulations carried out by Dr Yock and his colleagues — students and former students from The University of Auckland and France — showed that Earth-sized planets could be detected more easily if a worldwide network of moderate-sized, robotic telescopes was available to monitor them.

Coincidentally, just such a network of 1m and 2m telescopes is now being deployed by Las Cumbres Observatory Global Telescope Network (LCOGT) in collaboration with SUPA/St Andrews (Scottish Universities Physics Alliance), with three telescopes in Chile, three in South Africa, three in Australia, and one each in Hawaii and Texas. This network is used to study microlensing events in conjunction with the Liverpool Telescope in the Canary Islands which is owned and operated by Liverpool John Moores University.

It is expected that the data from this suite of telescopes will be supplemented by measurements using the existing 1.8m MOA telescope at Mt John, the 1.3m Polish telescope in Chile known as OGLE, and the recently opened 1.3m Harlingten telescope in Tasmania.

Tolerance for religion

I was watching Religulous the other day when the doorbell rang heralding the arrival of my good friends the Mormons. I carefully kept out of site hoping that these suited minions of pseudo-Scientology would give up and take their gold-tablet loving asses back to the stake house and leave me the fuck alone! Little did I know that my wonderful little daughter had slipped away from me and had run to answer the door. Before I could catch her I was standing face to face with ‘The Lords faithful’ greeting them and trying to figure out an escape plan.

You see, my wife and I had been baptized Mormons many years ago in an effort to figure out how to allay the doubts that we had regarding religion and faith. We had grown wary of the various sects of Christianity due to the logical conclusion that none of them had a viable  interpretation of the faith and were just winging it. Both of us were, by that time, really non-believers in the making and did not know how to take that next step toward complete mental freedom. Even now my wife is still to uncomfortable psychologically to say that she is an atheist but I know that she does not believe in a deity of any sort. From here I continue my uncomfortable encounter.

The two Mormons identified themselves as our family’s home teachers and expressed wished to reclaim us from the ranks of inactivity. I replied that we had distanced ourselves from the church and had no desire to continue our association with LDS and thanked them profusely for their time and efforts. They, in turn, gave me a couple of stern looks of disbelief and continued to press on in the soul-saving effort to reclaim us from the Devil’s clutches. Now one does not know the tenacity of a Mormon who has had his corn flakes pissed in, but I’ll tell you, these folks can shit a few bricks on command when properly challenged and I could see the shit eeking out of their Haggars as they stood there! They then began a series of questions designed to extricate the reasons for our reluctance to enter into The Celestial Kingdom. I told them that I had shitted in my magical underwear and had been forced to throw it away, further damning me to an eternal fiery death with a side of pestilence. No, I didn’t tell them that, it just popped into my head, but I sure as Hell thought it! 

Actually I told them that we would not be needing their services and that I had become an atheist in a strong, like fucking Superman rending steel with his bare hands strong type of way, and that the chance of us coming back into the fold was absolutely none. The guys continued to eye us as if Satan were behind the door holding a gun to our heads or possibly aliens had inserted their shit radar into our anuses and around our brain stems. Taking ‘no’ for an answer really hadn’t crossed their minds and certainly didn’t appear in Joe Smith’s book on how to reclaim fucked up followers, but I was firm and kept trying to focus these clowns on the inevitable. They were going to leave with a few names crossed off of the church roster and that was that! I imagined pulling out my trusty bottle of Anti-Christ and hosing ’em down until they dissolved like a donut in Brundlefly’s vomit but stuck to gently closing the door and thanking them for wasting my atheist documentary time. 

I returned to the couch feeling a little sad for them because they so blindly and strongly follow their faith, but I have to take a stand somewhere in the scheme of personal belief and throw down the spear. Now when the JW’s show up again, I’m whippin’ out the Anti-Christ and goin’ to town! Woot! Woot! On go the black robes and the goat’s head and out come the rubber penises baby!! PEACE!

Sam Harris is as you state, anti-theist as am I. I am not interested in pandering to Islam or to any other religion. The plain truth as demonstrated by the followers of these faiths is that we are all better off without them.

The book of whatever!

I begin the book of whatever with the continued understanding that all of the supposed historical claims of the bible are still entirely false. No archeologist, paleontologist, whateverontologist has EVER been able to give credence to the fable that is the testament of the one true god! As the research goes on the bible fades further and further into the realm of fairy tale nonsense, freeing it’s followers to embrace a more ridiculous claim or to come to their senses. The sensible claim of course is to listen to provable science and expell the insane explanation in it’s favor.

I see today, a Romney ticket devoted to the perverse supposition that an old man in the sky sees us 24/7. The worst of it is that the christians had decried this idiot’s Mormon beliefs only 10 short years ago. Now that he is the strongest candidate the christians are willing to basically start in motion their own book of Revalation by voting for the ‘Apostate from Hell.” Mormonism is an affront to christianity as described by the christians themselves but now that the only choice is the black dude or the Mormon they will vote for the ‘demon.’ Love you guys! You are all deluded into thinking that your god is alive and you waste countless hours going to church to learn useless baseless crap! None of the religions practiced today have a shred of trackable, provable, historical proof as to their validity and would do best with being outlawed as damaging to the psyche.

Personally, I believe that Obomney cannot help any of us and should be abandoned, but one of these crooks has to be elected. Chose the one to give away more tax dollars to the ‘poor’ or the one who gives us away to the billionaires! They are both crooks! Fuck the generational poor AND fuck the billionaires! The Science Guy!

I was perusing the net today and came upon an article by the most brilliant scientist Bill Nye.

 Mr. Nye was explaining how educationally injurious it is to prevent children from being taught the incredibly logical theory of evolution and that parents should let kids choose for themselves what to believe. I wholeheartedly agree and am a little bit more ‘forward’ to put it mildly, in my criticisms of those who disagree. I am, by nature, a true follower of the works of Dawkins, Dennett, Hitchens and other atheists and identify myself with the most hard core of the lot. My belief is that early indoctrination of children to religion amounts to child abuse and should be banned like asbestos! Religion has and will always poison our society into starting conflict to commit mass murder in the name of some despotic shitty god created my greedy men in his own image. Bill Nye, like so many others of the enlightened and growing minority of atheists are trying to drag these dark age looneys into the 21st century and assist in dispelling the idiocy of the fables of all organized religion. YES! It IS injurious to mold a developing mind to believe in a doctrine that has absolutely NO basis at all! It’s like polluting purified water by putting toilet water in it! A small amount can destroy a shitload of water!

I have religious friends and find it VERY hard to not be insulting so I never talk about any subjevt that leads back to religion. I have great knowledge in how to debate and have no inclination to alienate these people. They know me and do not try to tell me ‘The Good News’ because they know that to me the ‘good’ news is that they WON’T tell me about Jesus! I support Nye and all of his scientific constituents in forwarding the cause and mission of science to bring the human race forward into the light, a light without the darkness of petty little religions trying to garner acolytes and destroy reason.

Science and religion CANNOT coexist due to the warlike close-minded nature of the faithful. They have persecuted and killed scientists in the past and would return to this practice if they had the power to do so, so they must be stopped. Those religious nutjobs replying to the Nye article came across as ignorant, infantile barbarians in supposing that god had ANYTHING to do with science AND that atheists were selfish in chosing logic over the idiotic fables of the bible! No I don’t, like so many others, put forth my suppositions as truth as does the bulk of pedantic assholes who like to hear themselves speak! Since the last time that I graced your presence the world has been rocked with a mass murder, complicated by an election and confused by Governmental subterfuge! The Left is pissed because Obama has constituents to please, the Right is ready to vote for the ‘Apostate of Hell’ as the have referred to the Mormons, and the hipsters are still riding bikes in traffic like the stupid fucktards that they are!

First we will start with Colorado. The media as they do all the time, sticks a camera and mike into the face of a bloody survivor and starts asking questions as if the poor bastard is NOT in shock from the loss of 3 pints of blood.
